About Us
A recognized leader in conflict management, Barbara has over twenty years extensive experience as a mediator and facilitator dealing successfully with hundreds of challenging situations throughout the province. Barbara is currently a part-time board member with the Natural Resources Conservation Board (NRCB). She was an inaugural board mediator of the Farm Debt Review Board, one of the first mediation programs in the province. She served on the quasi judicial Municipal Government Board and was co-creator of the Appropriate Dispute Resolution program for the Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB). Barbara has a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and a Masters in Administration. A senior trainer for the University of Calgary’s Conflict Resolution Certificate program, Barbara delivers related training for many private clients.
